MMB specializes in architectural, industrial, and commercial metal wall systems. We have a variety of cladding system solutions to help you create the most amazing building. Just like with our variety of panel systems and vendors, we also have many options for retro-fit standing seam roofs. Retro fit roofs go over your existing roof, so you don’t have the normal inconveniences of putting on a new roof. You can also increase your R-Value by adding more insulation between the two roof panels. You can also add new trims, gutters, and downspouts.
Parking Garage Barrier
Cable Systems
MMB also performs the installation of high performance cable structures and their components for vehicular or parking garage structures. We can do new cable restraint barriers or we can do repair and maintenance of your existing structures.

Damaged or non-compliant guardrail systems expose parking garage owners and operators to liabilities should anyone be injured. Law suits and damages can cost thousands of dollars in cases of injury or possible death from a fall accident resulting from the lack of proper code mandated protection. Lack of maintenance for an extended period has been used to add charges for negligence which make liabilities even greater and may even involve personal responsibilities.

​When it comes to Barrier Cables, only a Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) certified technician has the training, experience and special hydraulic tools needed to properly stress and back-stress cables to a precise load so to insure their performance according to the design. MMB has several certified employees to help you with your barrier cable needs!
